Communication on the right track. Keep up the good work! The working atmosphere was very pleasant. There is a flat hierarchy. Great team and nice place to work. Varied and exciting tasks. Employees can get involved in company projects. Lots of cool benefits such as gym membership for 25/month, free use of tennis court and indoor swimming pool, free parking, extra day off on birthdays, very tasty and inexpensive lunch

Adjust wages, in many places you earn more. Together with the commute to Riggisberg, this is of course a major criterion for many people to accept or reject a job. Care and support: No more shared services. Communication is already much better than a few years ago, but can still be improved.
