I have been working at Home Instead Bern for almost 4 years. I go with a beam to my seniors every time I'm deployed. These assignments are a matter close to my heart. Above all, I am very well accompanied by the office and thus receive a lot of respect and dignity.

This year I'm gonna celebrate five years. I feel carried by the company. Although I work alone for the client, I have the backing of the office when a more difficult situation arises.

I have been working at Home Instead for 6 years and have been thrilled from the start to see how well caregivers are assigned to the right customers based on their experience and inclinations. The care understanding is wonderful. Of course you do all the necessary work, but you also spend free time with the customers and have meals together. A cordial exchange with give and take often creates a completely new quality of life for customers. I have experienced how even depressions among customers have been greatly alleviated by this experience of spending time together. This would not be possible through perfect service alone, but is always possible through the personal connection with the right caregiver, which is what HomeInstead strives for.

As a pensioner, I didn't want to stop working altogether. As a caregiver, I can determine my workload, attend training courses and earn some extra money. My life experience and professional background are very much appreciated here and I hope that I can continue to work for many years to come.

I have been working for the company for four years and can report extremely positively about it. A meaningful activity and a great team fill me with satisfaction. Those who are willing to give much of themselves will also experience much gratitude.

I have been working for Home Instead Obersee since March 2017. I am very satisfied and the working atmosphere is great. The varied activity gives me pleasure. I'm always happy to see happy seniors.
