Leadership styles very poor, You look for discussions, because of the problems, but you leave it at that. For example, there is a lot of discussion about how to work better and more productively. The majority of the people in the discussion group are not from production, but they make decisions for production, which they do not understand because it is not their area of expertise or competence. Implementation never takes place. Always pretending, it resembles a theater. The atmosphere is very bad, because the dissatisfaction of the employees is very present.
