Everywhere, very stressful, pressure from above. Only turnover counts. As long as you are fit and healthy, you can always step in, everything is ok, as soon as you are sick longer, you are fired.... I know what I'm talking about, I was sick myself because of burnout, then they said goodbye, we don't need people like that.... Very pathetic.....

As an apprentice you are very well looked after and trained. I had a very nice and instructive training period in chicory!

The salary is subterranean the management team questionable, much demand but give nothing. Feedbacks are not the rule but more the exception. To have a monthly wage as a marginal worker would be a start.
