Internally enabled e.g. through product training, deputy assignments, Lunch & Learn etc. Externally enabled e.g. through trade show visits, supplier contacts and job related opportunities as well as support for extensive training where job related. We recognise that the trading environment is hectic and demands a great deal of flexibility from each individual. With our principle "Think ahead.
