The purchasing conditions are fine. Beyond that, unfortunately, I can't think of anything positive. It's amazing how long Veloplus has been able to hold its own on the market. The numerous vacancies are a clear indication of problematic working conditions.

In my view, the central problem lies in the way the company is managed. The current company management relies too little on strategic management and instead intervenes heavily in operational areas. This approach is characterized by a high level of control, which reveals a fundamental mistrust of employees. Decisions seem to be based less on professional expertise or performance and more on personal proximity or loyalty - critical voices are not heard. There is also a lack of fairness and transparency in dealing with employees. Equal treatment is not guaranteed across the board, which has a noticeably negative impact on the corporate culture. The very low proportion of women is also striking - particularly in management positions, where there are currently no women. This contradicts modern standards of leadership and diversity. There is also a lack of openness in customer contact. Communication does not always appear honest and the impression is created that incomplete or misleading information is sometimes deliberately used. As far as the publicly emphasized ecological responsibility is concerned, the reality paints a different picture. In terms of sustainability, Veloplus hardly stands out from other companies. The often communicated environmental friendliness increasingly seems like a marketing tool without any real substance.
