Very collegial environment, which is helpful and does not take everything too seriously. Open to criticism and suggestions, but slow to implement changes.

Very steep hierarchy. The management is supposed to leave the responsibility to the senior employees. A lot of work spread over a few shoulders. If you like to work a lot, this is the right place.
