Partly certainly in the infrastructure and in promoting the health of employees.

Very good employer, fair social benefits, collegial atmosphere. Support from superiors when things aren't going well. Those who are willing and show commitment can advance. The company is open to employees' wishes for further training and supports them in this. Flexible working is possible. The overall package is right for me and I feel comfortable at ESA.

Salary is fair but could be improved. Time recording is unfortunately outdated.

This company offers excellent opportunities for committed employees. Anyone who shows performance and makes a contribution is actively encouraged and supported. Here you can develop yourself further and contribute ideas for implementation.

The company doesn't seem so modern, although the infrastructure and systems are modern. Buildings need to be renovated or renewed. The openness that I experience must be noticeable across all departments.

Many opportunities to shape the company. Anyone who wants to get involved is listened to. Those who want to change things are supported. Those who want to develop are encouraged.

The building is outdated and there is not enough space, but a new building is on the horizon and promises a lot. Many decisions are made quickly, but high up in the hierarchy. More authority should be delegated to the employees.

Nur Lohn kommt pünktlich. Sonst unregelmäßige Arbeitszeit. Sie schauen gar nicht fur Mitarbeiter. Nur Druck machen.

Der schlimmste Arbeitgeber die je gehabt haben. Leere versprochen keine Pause Lieferzeitdruck Megavolumen von Arbeit wenige Arbeiter extrem schlechte Lohne in 4 Jahre kein Lohnerhöhung trotz Firma macht jedes Jahr brutal mehr Umsatz und Gewinn. Gar nichts hier. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Personal commitment is appreciated when you are personally involved and act in the best interest of the company.

There is room for improvement in communication among departments - but this is an ongoing process that is gradually being improved.

Partly good people, where working together is fun. Good mixture between young and old. Further training is supported.

Poor communication. Employees are not informed about the strategic orientation of the company. Individuals have a lot of power and say where the company is going. Wages, social benefits rather below average. New ideas and suggestions for improvement have a hard time, old and existing ones are kept.
