Dear applicant
We're sorry you felt that way about the interview. Of course, that's never in our interest. However, it can happen that it simply doesn't fit during one or the other conversation, because at the end of the day only people sit on both sides.
If you felt that our communication channel was such that you received a rejection from a receptionist, then we are sorry. All cancellations are communicated exclusively by our HR Assistant and under no circumstances by anyone at reception.
If you have any questions about the reasons, we will always get in touch with the applicants personally. Since we usually do this by phone, we may not have reached you back then or our combox message may have been lost. However, we will be happy to improve our process in this respect and, for safety's sake, will in future also comment by e-mail. Many thanks for the input and the chance to optimize.
