Nice office, otherwise I can't really give much feedback here.

The first conversation was good and professional, after that no availability, no call back on the appointment mentioned, expect that you are reliable, but you are not.

Flexible working hours and home office option. Otherwise, there is a lot wrong in my opinion

Everywhere - chaotic, you can't find any documents or information, you have to ask around everywhere and waste more time searching than working. No communication, no feedback, and if any, then only negative. You are permanently under stress because you always receive information shortly before the deadline or you always have to do everything immediately. Careless mistakes are inevitable. Employees are not appreciated, unless you work overtime without end and are available 24/7. Extremely high fluctuation.

If you love events, you will get your money's worth. Salary is acceptable. If you work overtime, the first 10 hours per month are not paid. Since you have to expect a high workload, this often happens. Flexible working hours.

The supervisor's behavior leaves much to be desired. Little empathy, little knowledge of human nature. One is more interested in one's own "survival, in one's own self-presentation". If something doesn't go well, the reasons are of no interest. The employee is to blame. Reasons are invented for dismissals. There is no decent dialogue. High fluctuation.

Corporate culture leaves a lot to be desired; work pressure is extremely high, as is the failure rate into burnout

I applied as an assistant and was invited for the first interview after 3 weeks. The conversation was quite good, they asked a lot of questions and also told a lot of great things about the company. The office was mega cool and the lady at the reception mega dear. I felt very comfortable. Unfortunately they chose someone else, which disappointed me very much. Especially since they still have the job advertised.

I would like to know why I was not hired...

At Drees & Sommer we are challenged every day with outstanding projects and demanding customers, but we are also supported by the management. The atmosphere is very friendly and the hierarchies very flat. Every employee can contribute to the company and drive innovation forward.

Although we already receive financial support for health promotion, more can certainly be done in the area of Fringe Benefits.

Something's going on! Since so many great, big but also challenging projects are being worked on, we have a lot to do. Nevertheless, the fun of top performance and appreciation does not fall by the wayside: be it on the last office trip to Berne or simply over a snack in between. Our managing directors take their time for us even in the most stressful times, which is very important to me. The contact is very collegial and anyone who wants to achieve something can get involved without any problems.

Our processes and structures are not yet optimal. We have grown from 5 employees to 200 within 11 years, there was no time. This makes it all the more exciting to follow suit. We already receive some benefits such as financial support for health promotion. But I think we still have some air up here.
