Cross-team communication can still be improved in some cases.

Most teams have good colleague cohesion and collaboration within the team. Most team leaders do well with their teams. Modern offices, good IT equipment. Home office, coffee, tea, fruit.

Very hierarchical. You sell it differently, but ultimately only one person is in charge. Very bureaucratic. There is talk of a culture of error, but in fact there is none. Mistakes regularly trigger overreactions. Efficiency is heavily weighted. Effectiveness is often forgotten or ignored. Employees should work as much and as long as possible. 42 hour week. Home office was introduced grudgingly and is only accepted superficially.

BVK offers a central location (10. min. from HB), air-conditioned premises and flexitime.

Not fair in terms of pay/benefits. Everyday life is very bureaucratic. Behavior of some supervisors questionable.

Collegial and friendly. There is an effort to be human and to hold on to staff.

The Real Estate division is not very innovative (of course for a PF) and too bureaucratic.
