Very clear performance company with good earning opportunities. If you are willing to jump over your own comfort zone and achieve a lot, you will be rewarded accordingly. There is a flat hierarchy, so decision paths are very short and processes are implemented quickly.

can't understand the previous comments. Work as a call agent for 2 years at betterhomes with hourly wage fixed 25 CHF, if you work well 30 CHF retroactive to the whole month and fixed 2.50 CHF per appointment! additional weekly bonus of 100-250 CHF. Comes with 100% on regular 6500 net?

Very dubious business model... All customer calls are complaints. Brokers have missed apartment inspection appointment, apartment keys are not handed over... Apartment not clean or many defects and advertising costs which have been concealed by the real estate agent, must be nicely talked about by the call center and repelled. There is an hourly rate of CHF 23. bonus of CHF 1 per agreed date for the broker. 99% of outbound calls are hung in the face. Agreed appointments are subsequently cancelled and deducted from the next wage (only found out on the pay slip, not mentioned at the interview). There is no training at all, not even an introduction, let alone continuous training on the job! You get thrown in the deep end! After 3 months receive a non-expressive confirmation of employment, no employer's reference. HR does not know the labour laws.
