The order situation is secured for years to come. The deadline pressure rises accordingly.

Qualification doesn't matter anymore. Employees are hired who have absolutely no experience. Questionable temporary office supplies the "worker material". Human Resources / HR does not shine with professional competence and certainly not with social competence. Evidence of misconduct on the part of supervisors and employees is ignored several times.
