The company promotes team spirit through 2 different external team activities, such as the annual football cup and the Christmas trip. Salary & benefits: Remuneration could be fairer, e.g. a 13th month's salary or higher bonuses amounting to one month's salary. The benefits are only standard, nothing special - comparable insurance companies sometimes offer the same if not better. Moreover, they could, if they really want to be climate-friendly, z. If they really want to be climate-friendly, they could offer discounted public transport travelcards or SBB GA travelcard contributions for employees. Career opportunities: Without "vitamin B", there are hardly any opportunities for promotion. Development opportunities are practically non-existent. Management style: There is a lack of transparency and genuine appreciation. The management shows some organizational weaknesses and there is a lack of effective time management. Monthly meetings are only dealt with superficially. It often feels more like appearances than reality. Working atmosphere & conditions: More flexibility in working hours would be desirable, e.g. a variable start time between 07:00-09:00 and finish time between 16:00-18:00. Overtime should also be recorded and accounted for fairly - the company is currently making things too easy for itself here. The great team is positive. (This is the reason for the 3 stars) There is a high fluctuation in the company, with many new employees who start often during the year, but also leave just as often. It seems that the focus is more on finding cheap labor rather than promoting long-term, well-qualified employees. It should also be added that there is sometimes a tendency within the group to assign responsibility rather than looking for constructive solutions together.
