Unfortunately, I can't think of much here, which is why I quickly left again.
This could be improved
Positive motivating employee management is unfortunately not the strength of the company, opportunities for advancement are definitely excluded in this company structure :-( I definitely cannot give a job recommendation, but there are many other good employers!
