Great, very different projects and great team. There is a good atmosphere and I always enjoyed coming to work. The bosses have always tried to be transparent and to inform the employees about ongoing projects, pitches. There were often team events organized by the company, after-work beer or lunch was the order of the day. There is the possibility to work on your own project in the lab, e.g. experimenting with new tools and devices.

Good mood went before the delivery of pitches often flute. The employees should be given a little more confidence in their abilities (micromanagement).
