Not much I would’ve though. Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

As part of an interview process for a marketing role, Lombard Odier gave me a set of tasks to complete over less than 1 week’s time. When I looked into those tasks it turned out they basically asked me to do their job for them - I had to write a speech for their head of UK branch, a client email, condense a 50 page report into a summary and a few more. The request was absurd, unrealistic and clearly I was doing someone’s work. And at the end of this they didn’t even have the curtesy to come back to me with any feedback at all! I have no word and I won’t be seeking employment with this company in the future.
