The receptionist was very well informed and knew exactly what was going on and where I had to go. The people I met were friendly and helpful.

From application to reaction, weeks can pass, and a lot of patience is needed. Recruitment does not seem to be a priority. HR must definitely work out structures and practise interviewing. The lack of structure shows that after three hours in the interview it is still unclear what the exact conditions of employment and expectations are. In addition, interviews are hardly prepared, which is reflected in uncertainty.
