I had no insight into the company/activities. Therefore, I cannot say anything about it.

+ Understandable job advertisement + Top modern and informative homepage of the company - No personal confirmation of receipt by the recruiter, only confirmation from jobs.ch that the application has arrived. (Usually I have the experience that this is confirmed at other companies, by the recruiter/HR). - Inquired twice about the status of the recruitment. Both times the recruiter was busy and I was promised that she would get back to me. Unfortunately in vain. Conclusion: for me as an applicant, this does not reflect well on the company!
