ABB is one of the best employers in Switzerland when it comes to promoting its employees, giving them prospects and paying them fair wages. In comparison to other companies ABB pays a little less, but the fringe benefits like at least 5 weeks vacation, additional vacation over Christmas / New Year and various other goodies are always worth the slightly lower salary.
