Mit rund 200 Mitarbeitenden sind wir in der Region Biel die grösste öffentliche Spitexorganisation. Unsere Spezialgebiete sind Kinderspitex, Palliative Care, Psychiatrische Pflege, Demenz und Wundmanagement. Wir pflegen, unterstützen, betreuen und beraten Klientinnen und Klienten in der Stadt Biel und in den Gemeinden Évilard-Magglingen, Pieterlen und Lengnau. Unser Ziel ist es, ihnen mit einer massgeschneiderten individuellen Pflegeplanung eine gute Lebensqualität zu ermöglichen. Unser Anspruch ist eine optimale interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Bezugspersonen, Ärzten und weiteren in die Betreuung involvierten Personen zum Wohle unserer Klientinnen und Klienten.
Die Aus- und Weiterbildung unserer Mitarbeitenden liegt uns besonders am Herzen: Jährlich bilden wir rund 25 Lernende und HF-Studierende aus und bieten ein abwechslungsreiches internes Weiterbildungsprogramm an.
