This works well in the company

As a former employee of Bale Hotels, I would also like to emphasize the positive aspects: Wages were paid regularly and on time, which was an important basis for employee satisfaction. In addition, bonus payments were offered, which provided additional recognition for the work performed. There was also the opportunity to occasionally have two days off in a row, which gave employees a well-deserved break.Overall, these positive aspects were important elements that improved working conditions at Bale Hotels and supported employee motivation.

This could be improved

Unfortunately, there were some challenges at Bale Hotels. The management sometimes showed a speculative attitude towards the staff, which led to insecurity and dissatisfaction. Sometimes it felt like being in a military drill function, which put a strain on the working atmosphere. Employees were regularly assigned to long shifts of twelve to ten hours without their preferences being taken into account. The head of service, who only worked 80 percent, was often absent, which increased the workload for the team, and the working atmosphere left much to be desired as employees were often treated as numbers rather than individuals. There were little to no raises or recognition for hard work, leading to dissatisfaction and demotivated employees.Overall, the atmosphere at Bale Hotels was one of stress and lack of appreciation, leading to high turnover and an unhappy work environment.

This works well in the company

-Wages are paid on time. -Social benefits are good, thanks to COOP - Tactically clever payment spread over the year, so that employees think "stay another 3 months, then you'll get the "bonus" too." -Time off requests are almost always approved.

This could be improved

-Profits are not generated WITH the employees, but AT the expense of the employees -Employees have become nothing more than a consumer good -Management seems to be deliberately giving management positions to young personalities with a weak character. There is a suspicion that this happens for 2 reasons: 1. cheap and 2. easy to manage, as you yourself lack assertiveness - "Doers" cannot be found in the company. Appear to be unrecruitable for the HR department -Wage increases set by COOP were communicated by HR at the meeting as "increase due to outstanding performance" -Requests to HR are often ignored because the department itself seems to be overwhelmed by the workload. -Operations are reminiscent of a factory - guests who want to enjoy gastronomy as a culture search in vain in the company's product portfolio. Products that have the potential are destroyed by the incompetence of the service staff. Basically, the company would have potential if HR started recruiting movers and shakers - which is highly unlikely to happen because it is too expensive.
