- Great transparency across all hierarchies - Very familiar management - Payment is okay (more would always be good ;-) ) - Good working time model - Very good home office regulation - Sensational employee events
This could be improved
Unfortunately, there is currently a lot of unrest because of the merger with Isobar Switzerland to form "Merkle DACH" in the future. But we are working intensively on a high level of transparency. We'll see what will come of it.
