First of all, we would like to thank you for your criticism, because only those who know their weaknesses can work on them and improve themselves. Our organization with flat hierarchies does not originate from the Middle Ages and is continuously adapted to our needs. Regarding the accusation of poor pay: We pay fair wages in line with the market and offer above-average social benefits, such as at least 5 weeks' holiday. The personal esteem and leadership style of superiors also depends very much on communication. Working and improving on this is a permanent process that is very important to us, especially in view of the sometimes somewhat rougher tone of business in the construction industry. Unfortunately, this has led to increased fluctuation in the past, which we intend to reduce through various measures, because satisfied employees are extremely important to us.
