If you get involved and establish yourself, there are various possibilities to develop. Since this industry is very dynamic, there are also many exciting projects where I can work on. My direct supervisor takes great pains to do the balancing act between giving and taking. I must say that since there has been a change in management at the Otelfingen plant, too, the dynamics have become much more dynamic. The plant manager is young but very committed. He tries to adjust the company to the new conditions. There were new superiors in various places who want to push something forward, I like that.
