I agree with the other permanent employee. The company is undergoing an enormous upheaval, which will continue for some time to come. Stressed employees who have to leave their comfort zone and therefore may even have existential fears - with the highest probability. The opportunity to help shape new processes - in any case. The applicant can also assume that the owner is behind such a radical restructuring - otherwise the company would have been on the market long ago. This means that he is doing everything in his power to get his company on track - in a waterway that will enable it to survive - for the company and its employees. Conclusion: Current interested parties should check their expectations before applying to Karger.

Radical paradigm shifts take time. Let's give the company that time. The intentions that management has communicated so far are credible and feasible.
