This works well in the company

The company is now in a state of disarray, following a series of reorganizations whose sole aim was to produce more with less staff. 30% more productivity with 30% fewer staff... The company has been ripped apart by successive investment groups: Deutsche Beteilligung AG dann CAPVIS investissement. The land and buildings no longer belong to the company. FrymaKoruma AG's Rheinfelden site is the hardest hit by the redundancies, since they are less costly in Switzerland than in Germany.

This could be improved

At present, the situation is extremely unfavorable, as the current investors (CAPVIS-investissement) overpaid for the ProXES group at the time of its acquisition. Employees are now paying the price. 8 people have just been laid off this summer, including employees over 60.
