The team culture is great. It's very informal and familiar. Everyone helps each other. That's fun. Work doesn't really feel like work. People enjoy coming to the company.

It's a lot of fun to work there. It's informal and you can respond very individually to the residents. You can take more time and sometimes have a longer conversation.

The management is already very good. A lot has happened in the last few months. All the managers are flourishing. We probably still need a bit of trust in some areas, but that is growing.
