American management... it means everything... Strategies, if existing, oriented towards the USA and applied to the rest of the world... which does not work! And a big communication problem... a lot of information is transmitted/exchanged in the corridors... well before the official information. A lot of staff changes, at all levels, but especially at the top and middle management level... no consistency and too much change (every 2-3 years a new orientation). Which results in a lack of expertise... No career plan exists, which is nothing new... but possible on your own initiative. Colleagues mostly very nice and open (very international), but many are stressed... some even had a "burn out"!

Communication is certainly a weakness and to take employees as human beings and not just as a number (more follow-up, especially from human resources)! US-oriented company, not global and chaotic management at the intermediate level (especially in the USA).
