A difficult question! Many former colleagues have already resigned, others are still looking. There is a lack of cohesion, but no change in sight.

Employees among themselves have good collegial cooperation.

There are improvements to be made at all levels. Especially in the squad.

Free parking, interaction between employees, employees' concerns are taken seriously, flexitime also in production, supervisors' interaction with employees, employees are encouraged and further training is financed, regular employee information.

The break rooms / lounges / kitchens could be modernized a bit

- There is a friendly atmosphere among them. - Depending on the department, modern technologies are used.

- Less at once, but right! - Less management by delegation. - If the day only had 24 hours, the management would do everything itself. Due to the lack of trust in the staff and impatience, various topics are simply worked out by themselves - and sometimes wrongly. This demotivates the employees and the management. Why not simply transfer projects completely to the employees or at least include them in the process? - The working climate would have to be seriously examined and then measures for improvement should be introduced and approved. What good is an employee survey if you don't want to change anything after all? - At present, "the joy of work" is not in evidence among most employees. Unfortunately, the carpet floor is not interested enough. - The noise level in production is sometimes very high and the air is not optimal (fog in the production hall). - Paper doesn't blush. The values must also be exemplified from the very top.

Within the departments work nice and helpful colleagues.

As an employee you hardly get any information and if you do, it is glossed over. The many departures speak volumes.

There are teams that work well. Unfortunately, it is not the case everywhere. The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired.

If you are interested in a company in which the employee is not important, you are in the right place. Unfortunately the management does not see people behind the work performance, but only the machines.
