A company must constantly adapt to the current difficult market situation. This always entails changes. Not all people can adapt to new circumstances and accept change. Especially when the changes are as striking as they were when we moved to the new production building. For some there are more advantages, for others more disadvantages. Unfortunately, if the disadvantages for someone personally outweigh the disadvantages, this usually leads to him or her being dissatisfied. As an employer, we often seek an interview in such situations. Nevertheless, we do not always find the common denominator and there are isolated people who then try to spread their negative mood among the other employees in the hope that changes will be reversed. Since we, as employers, have the responsibility for several people and we have to take care of the security of the company, this situation unfortunately usually ends in a separation. Understandably, this increases the frustration... You have to work everywhere and there are always positive and negative. It is important to find a job that suits you personally.
