The Oris watches are an outstanding product, with values that people are happy to stand up for. What is written on the packaging is not meant seriously Committent and runs like a red thread through the entire organization.
It's nice when you still come across a company like this in this day and age.
A lot is also done for the employees, starting with a nice, spacious kitchen, excellent, free coffee, a small kiosk, free fruit and much more, after-work beer on the house and great employee events several times a year.
My experience was very positive from the very first moment, also during the whole application process. You might have to wait a bit now and then (where not) and maybe ask once in a while. But it's worth it to keep at it and not give up. Employees are expected to give their all, but in return they are also seen as people and supported wherever possible. Constructive suggestions are appreciated and implemented where feasible.
I will be leaving Oris shortly, as I am moving to another employer. However, it is with a heavy heart and great gratitude that I leave. The decision in favor of the other employer was not easy for me. In the end, the deciding factor was a silky hair, a slightly different area of responsibility with somewhat more procedural challenges.
I sincerely wish the whole great team all the best and continued success!
