Realistic goals are set and communication takes place at eye level. Due to the strict hierarchy, however, the direct superiors themselves have hardly any decision-making authority. Corporate governance is the exact opposite. One vehemently resists new concepts and thus causes 90% of IT problems. At the same time, one does not want to bear the resulting consequences. It's a vicious circle.

Corporate governance must arrive in the 21st century. Decisions must be delegated (there are budgets for something). New concepts must be able to be discussed instead of simply being rejected. Communication channels must be clearly defined and adhered to.

I find the working atmosphere very good, all employees are helpful even in hectic situations and there is a collegial relationship. Experience and knowledge are always shared by long-standing employees. No one is left out in the rain. The leadership style in sales/distribution is very cooperative. Opinions on improvements are listened to and always welcome. Good mix between young and experienced employees. You enjoy certain freedoms in sales. When it comes to continuing education, no one is put in the way, very open policy on the part of employers. Generous fringe benefits.

This is an SME, career opportunities are limited but there is always a way to develop further.
