I'm a former employee and don't want to denigrate anyone, but I'll summarize a little: Before you apply, you should realize that your private life will suffer and that you have huge goals to achieve. The pay is okay, but the salary also has its price. You will be tired and exhausted after you have achieved your goals, and you will not be left alone in your private life either. Further training is not encouraged. The only career development is: from salesperson to manager. Nothing more. Most employees prefer to keep to themselves and form small groups. After a lot of selling, the salary is pleasant, but it's still not worth all the stress and exhaustion! Overtime is not paid out but reduced. It is reduced at unnecessary times and not when you need it most. Your mental state or health is not really taken into account. THE MAIN THING IS THAT YOU FUNCTION.
