Knöpfli attaches great importance to the customer being 100% satisfied. If the customer is happy, so am I. If I have to do something private, I don't have to clock out straight away. We can get coffee for free.

I have been working at Knöpfli AG for a long time and I particularly like the fact that everything is very relaxed. People talk to each other as if it were a family. Respect and honesty is what makes it special. The work is discussed first and then you can do it yourself without the boss being there all the time. Really great team
