This works well in the company
I was allowed to introduce myself personally and met the very experienced recruiter. Unfortunately my profile did not fit the position but she had communicated this to me from the beginning. Thanks to her good tips I was able to find a new position myself and I am very grateful for that. Sometimes it is simply an enrichment to have a conversation with an external person and implement suggestions.

The feedback on my application went pretty fast, and then made an appointment for an interview. When I had already made my way to the appointment that day and that from Germany, two hours before a phone call came and they decided to call someone else 10 minutes ago. Very sad, if I know there comes another applicant that I have invited myself, and still has such a long journey I did not wait until two hours before saying. I advise against applying to the company, this is a waste of time because here the jobs are not awarded on the basis of qualifications.
