Bosses always have an open ear and you talk to each other at eye level. Salary is often better than the competition. Very cool benefits (e.g. big discounts on private purchases, vacations, etc.). You can work very independently and good ideas are listened to. Working hours much better than competitors in retail. Quite pleasant customer clientele (because many regular customers - you get to know each other and have a chat).

Rating for Rapperswil-Jona branch. Cooperation with headquarters in Chavannes could be better. Involve the staff on the floor in planned changes and new IT processes by all means.
