I worked at a warehouse for the company Digitec Galaxus in Wohlen. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my experience there from any perspective. If you point out any shortcomings or issues, they immediately dismiss you and later write negative things about you if another temp agency submits an employment request. Additionally, I noticed a lack of proper communication and support for employees, which made the working environment less productive and demotivating. There was little focus on employee well-being or creating a positive atmosphere for the team. I believe there’s room for improvement in how they handle feedback and treat their staff.

You can work very independently without always having the boss breathing down your neck. The team spirit is very strong. It doesn't matter who you are (religion, gender, etc.), everyone is taken seriously. Although there are many application rounds, communication was always very prompt and professional.

Interdepartmental communication could be made easier.

I would have liked to find that out. But if the rest is just as chaotic as the applicant management - then good night.

I have applied for 2 different vacancies. Apart from the automatically generated confirmation of receipt, I have never heard anything about one position (over 2 months ago). For the other vacancy, I was invited to an interview 3 weeks after sending the application. After that, despite my positive feedback and my clear expression of interest, I never heard anything again. In the meantime, both positions are no longer published - probably both have been filled elsewhere. Obviously, one hand in the recruiting process doesn't know what the other is doing. During the interview, my questions often could not be answered. Instead, I was asked questions that I could not answer because, as an applicant, I did not have the necessary background information and internal data. This is applicant management at its worst - once and never again. This is a waste of time.

Very pleasant working atmosphere and confidence in the abilities of the employees. You can take on a lot of responsibility, feel comfortable and enjoy going to work.

I had an online interview today and it was top notch! It's been a long time since I've seen someone act so friendly and positive during an interview. The questions were very sensible, clear and concise. Even when you answered, there were no weird looks or reactions. Profissionally, one was invited to the interview electronically, which also worked out well. I as an applicant felt very comfortable and could be as I really am without pretending. Even if it didn't work out with the job, I am grateful that I was allowed to have such a great interview. Simply top!

In my opinion everything has been good so far, can't say much about it.

You should give every applicant a chance! I have applied several times for different jobs at Digitec and always got the same rejections! They only pay attention to the industries. Not recommended...
