I have been with the company many years and still learning. It is an environment full of challenges and one must be fit to move along. Getting to work is exciting as one never know what is going to happen in consideration of the company’s exposure to over 90 countries and banking clients in Europe and North America. It is amazing to realize how a mid-size company like GSCF, in such a nice town (Zug), can master the processes other large companies and banks cannot even dream of. Very much recommended as a working environment for professionals with the ability to focus and perform. The multicultural team is like a trip around the word! every day.

Mid size company highly specialized in its field. Agree, to work there you must be a visionary and team player. If one does nto have endurance and can concentrate then must better work for a larger organization and one of many. I moved on because of time there but miss the environment and class.

I'm a new team member at gscf limited and first impression was ok. But after some days, I don't feel myself welcome. I don't feel any team spirit or the possibility to extend my brain.

Who can escape from here... who can't, is delivered... Get me out of here...

You would never feel appreciated while working for this company . Management asks the world of you and no matter how well you perform , they will always find something to pick on and criticize. The company is also full of nepotism, mobbing , and backstabbing . Rules are applied differently to each individual . There was also a lack of willingness to share and impart knowledge . As a result , it is difficult to grow a career or gain much experience in such a work environment .

A very nice place to work, with great colleagues (very multicultural), good team spirit and challenging, interesting and diverse job. The company is very supportive in terms of further education, growth within the company and in general. Modern working environment, very central located, some good fringe benefits.
