Good atmosphere to learn and grow, good ideas are promoted and implemented immediately. Good team spirit of respect to each other, helping with know how and politeness.
This could be improved
More transparency and trust on employees would be good. 80% of the employees are loyal, committed and trustworthy while there are 20% with short term vision and benefits in minds who do exploit employer. The standard rules applying to all employees due to the 20% does not seem fair. Efficiency can be still maintained by giving more authority to Team leaders.

Good working atmosphere, motivated team, good infrastructure, very hard working CEO who lives for his company, free coffee and tea, fruits every day and sometimes Ice Cream or lunch BBQs, office massage and other side events.

Office is quite nice. There is free tea/coffee and sometimes fruit.

Micro management. Processes/workflows are needlessly cumbersome. Time autonomy and home office is normal in Switzerland. This company has mandatory, fingerprint time badging. It sometimes feels that there are too many managers who influence the same topic but in different directions.

Innovative, dynamic work environment with ample opportunity

I have been working at GSCF for several years and have had a very fulfilling and satisfying career do far. I have had the opportunity to perform different roles within the organization thus learning new skills and gaining experience in different areas. I find the work particularly interesting, challenging and full of learning opportunities. The working environment is professional with first-rate, supportive team members within the organization.
