Wages are paid on time and there is a party every year. Anyone looking for a fair working relationship should avoid this company.

I have never experienced such bad management and HR in any other company. From my point of view, a very toxic working environment.

The company is a stable and secure employer with a healthy business model. Personal circumstances are taken into account and, if possible, internal job changes are encouraged. Further training is co-financed if it is related to the existing job.

At the moment, many things are changing, especially in the IT area and the applications. The challenge is to train employees in a targeted manner. Salaries are in line with the industry average.

Regular information events for all employees on important topics. Internal and external further training measures are carried out (incl. assumption of costs / participation in external further training). Good and fairly implemented Corona protection measures for all incl. payments of Coronaboni.

Interdepartmental cooperation to achieve the sometimes high quality targets can be improved.

There are people with outstanding technical skills and there are, to some extent, good opportunities for further training (unfortunately, further training will not have a positive effect on the salary) The colleagues are nice and the atmosphere is more or less good. Depends on the department and the branch. But there are also departments and branches where there is simply a constant catfight. The fluctuation of the MA there is correspondingly high.

It must be improved that no savings are made on employees. You can hardly keep up with your work. Overtime and giving up one's private life for Dachser is virtually a prerequisite. Incidentally, Dachser Switzerland's top motto is SAVING! In terms of salary too. The tone of communication leaves a lot to be desired. Branch managers and supervisors live in their own bubble and have little idea of day-to-day business. They think up all sorts of things, which the employees then have to pay for. Whether this works out well or not is then irrelevant. Dachser always rides roughshod over its values; perhaps it's time to show respect and appreciation for its employees as well.
