The internal communication can be even more improved, what is push, what is pull information. There is no limitation to work on communication skills, there will be always potential to continue improve and learn.

People who are working in this company have really highly skilled. The Working atmosphere is really good. This company has been ranked as the best workplace in Switzerland (range 50-249 employees) in 2019.

The Great Place To Work award is well deserved. Good opportunity to work with real experts, explore new horizon, learn and share skills. 80 employees at the time of that review but the communication is still very easy and open at any level of the organization. The company gives you the means, the tools and the resources to work in the best conditions.

Possibility to train and improve yourself, evolving in a pleasant atmosphere.

There's always room for improvement in all structures, but achieving the "Great Place to Work" label in 2019 is a sign of good working conditions.
