Growing company for tech experts with lived values & culture
This works well in the company
Humanity: I was overwhelmed by the helpfulness and the appreciation shown, focused, everyone has the same goal, "tutti fratelli". Organization: small but fine, because the company with >80 employees functions top, people know each other, decisions are made promptly and comprehensibly, changes are part of everyday life and are used as an opportunity. This could be improved
The internal communication can be even more improved, what is push, what is pull information. There is no limitation to work on communication skills, there will be always potential to continue improve and learn.

An abusive sense of knowledge sharing between employess ! Empathy from managers constantly trying to push you from train passenger to an experienced train driver. Cheers
