Thank you for your feedback on Jobs.ch. The DialogerJob is a fairly paid and meaningful, but also very demanding job (working outside in the fresh air in all weathers, performance expectations). Our Job Info team communicates this to every applicant at the initial interview.
From our point of view, what you call monitoring is rather coaching, which is intended to enable our employees to be successful in their jobs. Corris does not advocate permanent monitoring (prohibited by labour law) or excessive pressure to perform. A good working atmosphere is important to us and our regular online surveys among the dialogues show that the mood is much better than you describe it.
However, our clients expect our dialogue partners to deliver performance that is not massively below the average for all employees. Our working conditions have also been thoroughly checked and found to be correct by aid organisations and labour lawyers. Corris is very careful not to do anything "forbidden".
The satisfaction of our (former) employees and also of donors is very important to us and we are interested in any constructive criticism. At Corris, we attach great importance to a respectful tone and consideration.
