There are exciting and varied projects to work on. The team, i.e. the employees, are competent and friendly. The contact is collegial.
This could be improved
In my view, the following points could be improved: - Management style of superiors - partly improve wages and working conditions - Better support by superiors tailored to the needs of employees - Communication, partly I had the impression that not the whole truth was told regarding decisions of the management. It is a great pity that many employees leave the company after a short time due to dissatisfaction.
