Highly recommended!!! After a break of 5 years I started again at Dräger in a similar position as before. What particularly pleased me after my return was to meet so many colleagues again. They have therefore been with the company for more than 5 years and remain loyal to their employer Dräger. The working atmosphere is open, uncomplicated and there is sometimes a family atmosphere among colleagues. I can't understand the previous comment because of that. The employer is not recommended! High turnover of employees and the positions are always advertised as "newly created positions", so that no suspicion arises... The error is always searched for with the coworkers, instead of times with the guidance something to change. A lot is promised in a job interview that is not true afterwards. Some employees are treated in a way that does not fall under any work ethic. It is not evaluated according to fairness and competence of the employees, but how well you are friends with the bosses and what you put up with.
