Ompex is a young and fresh company. The working atmosphere is very pleasant and there is always a good mood. Due to the flat hierarchy, decision-making processes are very short. Everyone can bring ideas and suggestions for change. Even in hectic and demanding situations, you can always find helpful colleagues. It's great that there are also joint activities outside the office (educational trip, paintball, drinks at the lake, Oktoberfest, and whatever else you can think of).

Maybe a little outdated thinking in parts, but modernization is underway and management is also open to new things.

In general, I find the working environment and the direction in which Ompex is moving very good. The company has a flat hierarchy and offers many opportunities to implement your own ideas and approaches within the company. The working atmosphere is very collegial. While the individual interviews in the application process were rather long, the process itself was very fast and straightforward.

Ompex has often identified potential for improvement itself by constantly striving to modernize itself. Compared to other employers for fresh graduates, I find that the training opportunities are available, but their organization and approval are based more on personal responsibility. However, so far I have always met with open ears when I have suggested something.
