Constant restructuring has contributed to the fact that there is a very great need to catch up here. managerial behavior Upper cadre decides, the rest runs along, criticism or other views are not appreciated. Own, personal goals seem to be more important than the progress of the company with its employees. Decisions cannot be reproduced by employees. Leadership positions should be filled with people who can also lead MAs and at least have a basic training for this. Often you are confronted with a fait accompli and when there are shortcomings you look over them.

-Complete leadership replaced (without new people, you will not regain the trust of employees) Wages should be adjusted to the market (supply and demand does not seem to work here)
