I enjoy working at bbv because flat hierarchies are lived out, i.e. everyone can contribute and help to achieve the goals of bbv. For me, the internal communities, where all employees can independently exchange ideas and develop further, and the cultural principles are also elements that make up the bbv.

As bbv is a service company, the work content always depends on the current customer projects. I.e. the team, the work content etc. can vary depending on the project.
