Very good working atmosphere and everything is well organized. The application process is well designed and you get a comprehensive insight into the company during the trial period.

The positive energy in the company is immediately noticeable, all employees are highly motivated, helpful and work with a lot of joy and enthusiasm. The main reason for this is a mixture of a good working atmosphere, trust and a remarkably streamlined and structured process landscape. It's all authentic and you can easily identify with the talsee brand because the product is excellent and sets itself apart from others.

There are improvements everywhere in talsee now they are being tackled.

I worked as a temp at the reception desk on Saturdays for an hourly wage. The working atmosphere was always benevolent and very pleasant. I was well instructed on what to do and supported by the other employees at all times. I felt very comfortable in the team and enjoyed working at talsee.

I do not see any potential for improvement. Feedback is obtained regularly, evaluated and optimized if necessary.

I have been working for talsee AG for one week now. So far I have a great impression of the company and I am confident that this impression will not deceive. The hiring process was on the whole straightforward and very rapid. Normal procedure with trial day, interview. The personnel department will also be happy to answer any questions you may have. All in all, a good employer so far.

During the employment negotiations I do not see any potential for improvement as this is already done very professionally. As I have only been employed for one week I "unfortunately" cannot make any suggestions for improvement yet. I hope, however, and assume that this will never be the case anyway :)

Extensive and very well organized introduction. The openness in communication strengthens the employees' ability to think along and their identification with the company. The result of this corporate culture is reflected in the talsee brand.
